Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy
Registrants requesting cancellations 30 days or more prior to the meeting date may have 50% of the registration fee credited towards the registration fee for the next scheduled meeting. Failure to attend the next meeting will result in forfeiture of the credit.
On or after 29 days prior to the meeting, no refund will be granted for cancellation; however, substitute registrants are welcome.
This policy is independent of any policy related to hotel room reservations.
