David has over 42 years of experience providing technical expertise in pipe materials for large-diameter pipeline projects, pump stations, water and wastewater treatment plants, and constructability review and assessment for the specified pipe materials. David has been involved over the past 42 years in most large-diameter Welded Steel and Concrete Pressure pipelines in Arizona, responsible for the structural design, quality control, manufacturing, and installation.
